Six 5 mm thick foldable steel bars, connected by special rivets, foldable like a ruler – that’s what the BORDO 6000K folding lock looks like. The idea is not new, the locks in the Bordo family from ABUS have become real classics, but their functionality is still unsurpassed. This is a variant that can be opened with a key. This is also indicated by the K for “Key” in the product name.

Made from specially hardened steel, the bars and housing offer a high level of resistance. At the same time, the high-quality ABUS XPlus cylinder provides particularly high protection, e.g. against picking. The casing provides soft but at the same time durable protection against scratches on the bike. It also makes the lock easy to grip. The “Made in Germany” quality has resulted in international awards.

mounting and transport

SH – lock holder for easy transport on the bike, which can be mounted without tools thanks to practical tensioning straps. The lock is removed from the holder from the front.
Saddlefix SH SF – lock holder with adapter for attachment to the saddle. Rain cap included to protect the lock from rain and dirt.
