Down-country is all about going up fast, going down fast and repeating. The Moventor 2.0 MIPS is almost perfect for the needs of mountain bikers. The MTB helmet is lightweight, well ventilated and has a deeper fit that provides more protection at the back of the head. When the trail is pointing downwards, the ten air inlets and nine air outlets ensure good ventilation. In addition to the large number of well thought-out features for off-road use, the MIPS model has impact protection. This is designed to protect the brain, especially if the cyclist hits their head at an angle during a fall. The brain is exposed to strong rotational movement that can lead to serious brain injuries. The MIPS has a movable, low-friction plastic shell integrated into the helmet, which ensures that rotation is reduced and the head is better protected.
